Sunday Surgery is a writing workshop for screen and theatre plays, offering new script the rare opportunity to be developed by professional directors and actors on the last Sunday of every month. The strongest scene from the workshop will have a public performance at SpeechMotion.
If you would like your script to be considered for development, please email sundaysurgery@gmail.com with the first 20 pages and a full character breakdown.
If you are selected, you will be invited to the workshop as either a featured writer or a guest writer. Alternatively, you may drop in on the day with enough copies of your script for your cast.
Date: Last Sunday of every month.
Time: 2pm-7:30pm
Cost for participation: £10.00 on the door which includes free entry into SpeechMotion (buy tickets online by clicking here)

SpeechMotion provides filmmakers and performers a platform to promote their work. So, if you fancy yourself as poet, storyteller, performer or filmmaker (or all of the above), contact us ASAP or post your links on our Facebook page to be considered.
